Step 1: Search & Select Vehicles
Search vehicles by using our search browser. Check
the quality of the vehicle by Photos. You can request for more detailed photographs
anytime. Pre export inspections can be arranged if you require prior to shipping.
We can advice you on your country’s import regulations to the best of our knowledge.
It is best that you yourself check import regulations of your country before you
purchase a vehicle from us.
Step 2: Shipping
All listed prices are FOB. We can also provide CIF prices upon your request
by including the Freight & Insurance charges. Two methods of shipping are available;
- RORO Vessels
- Containerized Shipping Bulk buyers can keep the freight cost low with the use of
containerized shipping. Once you have decided on If everything is satisfied you
can request a quotation. Please fill what is requested on the quotation request
form and send to us. We will be able to give the quotation within 24 Hours
Step 3 :
Confirmation of the vehicle
After you receive the quotation you can confirm &
ask for a Proforma Invoice. This is issuing according to the availability of the
vehicle. If vehicle is reserved by a another customer then we will add you in our
waiting list. If the vehicle cancelled by the reserved customer then we will inform
you immediately. If vehicle is available we will issue the Proforma Invoice &
we will reserve your vehicle for 3 working days.
Step 4 :
Payment
Once you received the proforma invoice , you have to make a minimum 50%
advance payment of the total amount. Balance has to be completed within the next
3 working days. If you unable to complete the payment within 7 working days your
reserved vehicle will be made available.
METHODS OF PAYMENTS
- We accept payments only by Telegraphic Transfers. All Bank commisions has to be
bared by the customer
- Please mention the vehicle ID or the chassis no's in the T.T message column.
- Fax or E.mail the T.T slip immediately to inform the payment.
- If any case you want to cancel the confirmed vehicle, 2 options available .
i. Refund full amount - This is possible, but bank commissions will be deducted
when doing remittance
ii. Change to a another vehicle
Step 5 : Shipping
As soon as we received the full payment we arrange the vehicle to the first
available vessel. Vessel Name/ Sailing date & Landing date will be informed
to you soon.
Step 6 :
Documentation
Once the shipment completed we will upload all necessary documents
to your " My Account " & you will be able to get print necessary documents soon.
